Our review of the Cooler Master HAF II 500 has it landing as the best-performing case on our noise-normalized charts. Cooler Master's HAF (High Airflow) series has a long history, with the HAF X and HAF 912 being the most famous. They've had a number of major flops in between, like the H500P, but the new HAF II 500 is a series call back to the roots of DIY enthusiast, high-performance cooling. We ran the 220mm and 180mm fans through our fan tester and likewise found them to be among the best we've thus far tested.
